We will automatically send an email to each of your friends letting them know that you have invited them to join. The names and email addresses of your friends will not be used for any purpose other than the sending of that invitation email and will not be used by us in any way after that email has been sent.

2. Information which is recorded during your use of The Screening Exchange

(a) When you visit The Screening Exchange or participate in the System, our web servers may record the name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP), the website from which you visit us, and the date and the duration of your visit. (b) The data is also partially collected by so-called "cookies", of which there are two kinds. Standard cookies are small data units, which are stored on the hard-drive of your computer. Most web browsers accept cookies automatically; however, your browser can be programmed in such a way that your computer will not accept cookies. You always have the option to deny the installation of a cookie on your computer. The Screening Exchange primarily uses the second type of cookie: so-called "session based cookies." The Screening Exchange stores your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes stated in Number 1.

(d) Should you wish to revoke your consent to the usage of your personal data, a simple memo or an email addressed to The Screening Exchange is sufficient.
